If you haven't read The Alchemist, I HIGHLY recommend it. Anyone trying to find their way, in need of motivation, or trying to follow their dreams will love this book. I have read it at least 10 times and I think I am about to read it again. While it is not a spiritual book directly, it does have a spiritual presence throughout the book. Almost every page has memorable lines but I wanted to pull out some of the parts involving God....."The secret is here in the present. If you pay attention to the present, you can improve upon it. And, if you improve on the present, what comes later will also be better. Forget about the future, and live each day according to the teachings, confident that God loves his children. Each day, in itself, brings with it an eternity."
